1	Can I download or get the images of the pieces in jpg or bmp	Yes, the images are availabe with a maximum of 400 px on the biggest side and they must be used first inside the programme. They are available in the following addresses: C:\Program Files\VirtualDecor\WebVD\materials\aparici\textures and in C:\Program Files\VirtualDecor\WebVD\materials\aparici\icons
2	The instalation gives me an error message!	It could happen due to several reasons. The most common: - Pop-up blocker. Confirm you haven’t got any pop-up blocker or any other blocker option in your firewall. -Problema de Proxy. Desactivate your proxy for a moment or inform to your IT service to alllow traffic for the domains "http://www.webvdecor.com" and "http://deploy.webvdecor.com" - Other alternative, please try to run this program: http://files.webvdecor.com/vd_support/VD_ProxyDoctor.exe - Active X. You must allow Windows to install this programme for the download to continue.
3	I can't start the application.	If you have not registered yourself previously, please check your Internet connection. If the problem persists, is possible that you must reconnect to the internet.
4	I need to be always connected to the internet?	No, the connection is only needed to enter the program. Using your login and password, once inside you can work offline. To be able to see all products offline, you must previously be connected to download the products to your computer.
5	I forgot my login or Password.	Make again the Registry and keep the information in a safe place in your computer.
6	The download process is too long.	The download time depends on the type of your internet connection. If you have a Low-Band Connection we advise to try it in low traffic hours.
7	Is there any way of having some learning material to handle the tool?	Yes, in TUTORIAL you can see a step by step procedure on how handle the tool.
8	I cannot see nor place a selected product.	If it is a new product, and you don't have chosen it previously, you must be connected to the internet for this operation.
9	Can I draw my own space?	Yes, you only need the dimensions of the division and draw it in the same way you see it.
10	Can I print the drawings?	Yes, in the upper part of the screen you will find several Icons, to Print, click the one with the image of a printer.
11	Can I know the how many products I have chosen?	Yes, in the upper part of the screen, it appears an Icon with a sheet paper, that corresponds to the report; where you have all the information on budget and amounts of the products, Materials and 3D.
12	Does the tool recognize AutoCAD plans?	Yes, but only in the Professional Version. In the upper part, it appears one Icon with the name of AutoCAD, click it and use the tool in this system.
